it's just another room that's joined to the dining room that they turned into a play room. other houses in other countries have play rooms. it's really not that big of a deal I don't know why your so shocked

+HOLLY no need to get offended. If you saw the size of my home you'd understand why I'm shocked. I live in what we call "2 up 2 down", which is living and kitchen downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs. And the rooms are small, they fit a queen size bed and small wardrobe with just enough space between them to get around to the other side of the bed. And those houses are pretty common in the UK, so forgive me for being shocked by the concept of a playroom.

Yep, very cute but too many useless pillows. Also I feel for this tiny space that ikea unit was better than the big chunky sideboard which is not a practical toy storage. Plus 3 lamps in this tiny room? Who needs 3 lamps in there? I feel like they had to get rid of too many toys for the sake of cute but unpractical decor.

This was really cute. Love how you colorblocked the table. A DIY tip I learned is to paint the original color atop the painter's tape to seal the edges first and let dry before painting your colorblocking colors. It works like a charm to prevent bleeding and provide crisp edges. Try it and thank me later. 😘

Dear Kate, I have a big challenge for you! My sister and I don't agree on anything in our small room, and we don't have enough have enough room to do what we both want or enough money. Even though we want cute things we still need functional things like a 7 drawer set of some sort for each of us, so that we can pick out our outfits for school.
