You can cross an ocean with that crew. Well done young lady!

I am torn between this and the boat world 300 air v hull. I have the T38 ie3 for open sea with yam 25 hp but was looking for a little 3m to launch anywhere with my yam 9.9hp. Your thoughts would be appreciated. 👍

@@divexplore21 I've had a t38 too and they're very capable boat's, tbh I think it will boil down to your personal preference. This is a nicely made boat that feels very good quality. The white pvc is not overly interesting but looks ok in it's own way. I like that the air deck is totally flat and that the air deck is separate to the hull of the boat, due to the rounded front it seems more spacious that it should. The boat has a little bit of bow rise which is nice and I like the little quirky features it has even if it is fairly basic.. As for the boatworld, it's a sib with an air v floor so it may carve through the water better and you may feel safer as you'll sit within it a little bit more, but there maybe a trade-off in space, I'm not usually brand snob bit I think Quicksilver has a good name and it looks better on the side of the boat than boatworld ( although they're boats do look nice) I stuck with this over the t32 ie2 but thats mostly cause i had bought this from almost new, and it was lighter, had good launch wheels, and at the time of deciding my boating needs had changed from needing a sib lite the 38 and this was the one I felt like was best at the time ( for what I wanted ) if I was going to go out in all weathers I would have stuck with the 32. The quicksilver is a fun boat and I've always felt safe in it. Hope that helps.

@ Thanks for taking the time to reply, very informative. I think I will go for the quicksilver 300, it will go nicely with the 9.9 yam. I owned a quicksilver 360 heavy duty with marine ply floorboards for 20 years before retiring it so I can attest to quicksilvers longevity. Take care and happy boating! 👍

@@divexplore21 good choice I feel, hard not to like it and I do like the quality, if your launching from a solid slipway be sure to check out the suprod launch wheels, so cool how they fold up, twist and sit nicely up against the transom hidden from view. They stay on the boat all the time even when the boat is packed. Only real gripe is quicksilvers fairly light duty wrap storage bag, but that's no way a deal breaker. Even with the wheels on you can pack the boat down and store it nicely in the wrap bag. Hope you have a great time boating too.

this is a fab video. DId you keep the quicksilver or T32? I live in Devon too, looking for something this size / most seaworthy for spearfishing with a 9.8.

Hi, thanks for your comment, both boats are good boats, see my honwave videos for performance of t38 and t32. t32 keeps up with the 38 in all but the choppiest of seas. (Seas that you wouldn't want to go out in) I'm keeping the quicksilver as my boating needs have changed from regular long distance jaunts to occasional short beach hopping days. I know where there's a nice t32 for sale lol 😎. Other boats to consider t35 or similar, depends if you want to trailer it, that then brings into a load of different issues.

I wonder, that an 3,2m airdeck Rubberboat is prepared for 15 HP

I used the same 15hp on my t38 honwave and it was more than enough, so I know it will be fine with a 3.2 m inflatable boat
