I’m 70 and super oily. Most of my life I was oily all over, now just the T-zone yet still super oily. People think I look in my 50’s (I don’t but what the hey!). I just ordered this and can’t wait to try it.

I am so happy and grateful that you reviewed this product, as it has been on my wishlist for a while. I am 50 (so not used to saying that number yet!) and also have oily skin, which I agree is a mixed blessing for sure -- at least I don't look my age!! Now I must make this purchase. Thank you so much, Melanie! ❤

Thank you for reviewing this! I have been interested in this product. I have an oily head too! Ha! But I think it’s going to keep us looking younger than our age! I always hoped it would get less oily as I got older, but I’m 47 and it hasn’t changed. The only thing that has ever helped a little is Sunday Riley Luna and Good Genes. It changed my skin a lot at first. Give the puggies a kiss!

You are so welcome! Wouldn't it be nice if things leveled out for us haha??? Maybe someday.

@@MrKongsMom I used to work for a dermatologist and he said I shouldn’t complain about oily skin because dry skin can cause wrinkles and make a person look older. But it would be nice to not always be blotting my face!

RIGHT? The endless blotting lol!

Thank you for this video but I didn't have the body of this serum, so I didn't know how to use it and I mistakingly shaked the bottle and put it on my face. Did I ruin the serum???

I did that too. No worries! It still works!

Hi Melanie this isn’t for me 😂 as I am the opposite with severely dry/dehydrated skin. Despite several layers of skincare, a liberal layer of spf (ultrasun for over a decade) and hydrating primers my skin eats every vestige of moisture from my “foundation” over the day. Even if it looked glowy or dewy when applied it’s often a dry cracking mess by the end of the day😢. A new favourite of mine (so avoid those with oily skin 😂) is the ilia serum tint in the dropper bottle- actually looks dewy most of the day (so so unusual for me). It actually needs set very lightly for the warmer weather which is also unusual as I use extremely minimal powder normally (my hourglass powder has been going 30months although it’s on its last few uses now). Best wishes x

Loraine thank you for much for sharing an alternative for a completely opposite skin type! I have so many people who follow who are in your boat and I appreciate you giving them some suggestions. This product for sure would be a nightmare for those with dry skin lol!

Great content again! Do you put it over or under sunscreen? Xx
@MrKongsMom6 ай бұрын
Over for sure. Sunscreen should be the last step in the skincare routine and then on to makeup. But allow the SPF to fully settle.

I can't use it because I have a reaction to niacinamide. I knew I did but still bought it. I was hopeful. Nope. Thanks for the review. ❌️⭕️

I actually thought of you when I was filming this! I remember you saying that you can't use niacinamide. Do you have a primer that works for you without it?? Have you tried the Milk or YouthForia? I am not sure if their formulas contain niacinamide or not.

Most of cosmetics have an enticing name on their labels Go to read the labels: just chemicals, similar like in any other products ..May proportions vary, some of them harmful for humans Claims for natural components (?)

I'm not sure I understand. Yes, many products have a multitude of ingredients. Some of those are to address the intended benefit of the product but other ingredients to keep is shelf stable. Water is technically a chemical. So the world is full of various chemicals. It's impossible to avoid them. What would you suggest people use?
