@@genevapriest6190 Absolutely. Angelina has been the one who completes and improves every cover she has done. Mostly with a guitarist by her side, but she doesnt even need that. Now, from when Republic Records came into the picture, Rob Christie has taken over where Egil and Ivan left off. The purity and simplicity in these covers, and also her originals, is what will make her one of the greatest. There is nowhere to hide when Angelina sings, no heavy background music, no autotune. There is only Angelina. And now, soft accompanied by Robs magical piano skills. What you see and hear, is just how good she is.

Jacques? How are you? Does anyone care? I do. And, so does Rev and a bunch of other people without a doubt. Every once in a while I surf through the old video's to replay some of my favorite ones. That's what brought me here. How has your Canadian journey been? Will we be seeing any photo's? Jacques, I reread one of your messages to me on Rev's channel. It had to do what I would be up to. Well, I know you had an idea that you hoped I would pursue but I'm going in two different directions. I'm starting to write a 'lengthy' short story and if it turns into a novel, so be it. Down the road I will send a piece of that work to you if you don't mind? Will there be suspense involved in the story? Yes, indeed. lol The other 'project' is something my heart is telling me - no, ordering me (!) to do. There is a song out there that I cannot stay away from it is so beautiful. Beautiful in it's instrumental form. There are lyrics and some singers have given it a crack but, in my opinion, come up very short. Basically, it's because I don't like the lyrics. So, you got it, I'm going to write new lyrics for the song. This is not kid stuff. I will see what I have to do to get those lyrics 'copyrighted' and then sung to the existing melody. Make money on this? I have no clue but my heart could care less. My heart is in it for the thrill and to help me create something beautiful for the people of the world to listen to and enjoy. In fact, I've even gone so far into this that I've given a lot of thought to who I would want to sing the song. Jacques, you're getting ahead of me! lol So, I figured if the melody is heart wrenching and beautiful, and my lyrics will draw tears to people's eyes, I might as well go for the best singer in the world to sing the song. Do you agree? So, I have decided, when the time comes, to fly out to California and present the song directly to Angelina Jordan for her to see if she would like to sing it. More than from ANY reactor out there, these words made me feel so incredibly proud of Angelina. Sometimes with Angelina's covers, I need to relisten a few times, and the performances will grow on me before sometimes even ending up among my favorites. This one however, caught me right away. Now I know one thing for sure. Angelina is the opposite of Dimash and this is exactly the reason why I'm not impressed by him and I absolutely love her.
