Hi, I might sound crazy, but I had to set up another Database recently which I hadn't done for a while. I created the Form that I wanted. To save any change I clicked on the Save Icon at the top left of the Form page. The problem is that it saved a duplicate page everytime!! I now have a lot of duplicates in the Form which I have no idea how to get rid of. Please can you help get rid of the duplicates and let me know what I am doing wrong. Many thanks. Gordon

Hi. Access has a limitation of storing 2 GB of data, which is quite a lot of data. Not much to get around it. You can make your field sizes of your text fields smaller, and use smaller number formats to conserve space. Other option is to use different database software if you want more than 2 GB of data space.

Is there a way to have calculated field that tells me the number of days that have passed since a reference date? For examples, I want to make sure that no projects are older than 60 days. If I have a field that has the date the project was submitted, is there a formula to have it tell me how many days old the project is?

If you subtract two dates the answer will be the number of days between the two dates. So you can use the Date() function to get the current date. For example: = DATE() - [DateSumitted] Assuming the field DateSUbmitted is the project date then you can make the criteria for the calculated field to be
