Ground is to carry fault current, and must be large enough to carry current to trip circuit breaker Should we have brushes on our shaft so the zinc is bonded? Thank you

Should an aluminum hulled boat have the hull itself connected to the b onding system?
@MrLopezclasses26 күн бұрын
No Hull should be isolated The bonding conductor is not in contact with the hull

Question: I have a 1999 54 ft boat that has a GUEST Dynaplate previously used probably for Loran. The single 8 AGW goes only to the helm and sits unconnected. Should I connect the Dynaplate to the bonding system, which has been completely repaired?
@MrLopezclasses Жыл бұрын
The Dynaplate is used for lighting purposes; it should also be connected to the boat bonding system
