9:14 Personally as a Viper main, *_A really essential tip when using viper's wall_* both on attackers and deffenders side is to _always have a plan on where you are going to play_ , and to 'pre-aim' and always align your walls 'pre-round', and remember to initiate your walls when the _barriers are about to go down_ , or specifically between 9-3 seconds before going down. This gives the enemies less time to react to your walls and initially making your walls harder to predict, and have less time to rotate.

Im so glad this series is a thing, i used to play viper so much on maps like breeze but since it got removed from the pool i swapped to agents like killjoy/cypher. This will sort off get me back into viper with some fresh tricks.

For your Viper ult timing at 2:24 there's are 2 sides. You can either ult at choke points (i.e site entrances or mid entrances, like places of entry) or on sites. You ulted on site so you have time for it to pop and bloom. If you are planning on ulting at chokes, you can't wait cuz it won't bloom and you will get spammed and killed like at 4:15 . So at chokes, ult immediately as the round starts (on defence) and if you plan on ulting on site, you can wait for footsteps. One more point, I do suggest ulting on chokes cuz like on split, if you ult on site, people could just go heaven and may come behind you so you need someone to watch for you while if you ult on chokes, you can hold it by urself and force them to rotate (like you said) but other sites and mid has more people to fight. You basically block off one-third of the map with your ult (if done properly) and your teammates can focus on other parts of the map together.

A tip for future ult usage, if you are on a lower buy round than enemies and you have your ult, you could use your ult with Judge at the entrance of site, locking it down to yourself only, causing enemies to either run into your judge blindly, or rotate to the other site where your teammates should be holding

Glad to see you’re trying viper! I can suggest using the phantom and shorty in ur ult. The shorty works well bc the barrel is smaller so it’s harder for enemies to see you. You might want to learn Q (orb) lineups too since viper struggles to be a solo controller and plays more like a sentinel. The orb lineups for A Haven or notoriously tricky. You can also make one-ways with the orb that are very strong, especially on bind for A short, showers, and B octogon.

Tip, if you have two smoker on your team. It's actually really good to just default your viper wall on attack. For example, on split you can just place your wall and orb to cover a ramp every round. At the start just raise it evertime, the enemy will be denied info if anyone is behind the smokes. It could just you lurking, it could be no one, or it could be the whole team. Just by raising the wall it make pressure which the enemy must respect

Not sure if someone has mentioned this yet, but seeing you're playing with red enemy outlines, may I suggest turning it to purple and turning on bloom in the graphics settings. This will make your enemies glow up like a christmas tree inside your Viper's Pit. Great video.

It was enjoyable seeing you playing cypher all the way to radiant, and I’m glad you chose my next main. I got a clip ready for you if you are ready for good tips. 8:53 big tip, place your wall on the right side of the entrance a lobby and connect root all the way to the site choke is and you will gain a main control, with the additional viper orb to cross rubble as well. This will help you to gain control very easy.

10:13 Mr.Lowlander there is a good setup where you cover your team from one side to the next, go the left corner of the cubby in u-hall of the right corner for stealer angles with the wall, and place your wall that blocks vision for octagon and hookah, next place your orb up at A short and on top of the box by doing a jump and throw, what do I mean by that, you go to the box next to the barrier and jump and left click on the right corner of the box, this creates a one way and is very useful on pre rounds and very strong against the enemies. And you can play with your team in showers for a trap play. One more thing on attacker side, place your wall on short to denied info and luck up, I do recommend placing the wall on the left side of the box and find a lineup that goes to u-hall with your orb to denied info and hold controlled of that space.

One basic tactic I like to do with viper, any map... Throw pre-round the E in "A", but then push "B". Most likely enemy will call out "Viper on A" and they will try to enforce the site. Then you go the weaken site first, try to kill somebody with your entire team, enemy call out then will be "NO NO THEY ARE HERE; ALL HERE!!!", and then you rotate with your entire team to "A", you will have your wall already in place, a few enemies left running to the other side. It works very well but you need to coordinate with a full team.

If you plan on using Viper ult at round start, always try and contest a choke point with it. This normally prompts rotations from the enemy team, so you can comm to your teammates to stack other sites. You can refresh the cooldown of your Q by picking it up and throwing it down again, though this does give away your position. Viper's wall is extremely commital, in the sense that you only get one. It's extremely strong as a lurk tool, but kind of weak as a solo smoke. This is often why you see Viper paired up with another smoke in pro-play. Viper's molly does not kill full-shields, and does not deny half-defuse for healthy opponents. When shooting your line-ups, they have to be a prediction. Despite this though, she's still one of the strongest post-plant agents in the game.

The way you do these "___ to Ascendant" is leagues better those other creators. You aren't ruining an Iron players rank up game, nor stomping Bronze Elo, which keeps things fair and ends up producing more interesting content than "I used my superior game sense, awareness and skill to bully people who are trying to improve and have fun." Been trying to teach a friend who's not much of a gamer how to play, and while they're improving, it'd make the whole process infinitely more difficult if we had to find someone in Ascendant or Immortal. Another Viper tip, with your E, the higher you aim, the more time it takes for the smoke to place and the lower you aim, it takes less time to place, you can use that for rushing or for sneaky plays
