My favorite style of home is modern/contemporary with just a hint of glam (would prefer a home on a beach or golf course - for the views) but if I had to pick one I’d choose the Beverly Hills house (because of the location) and just have it redecorated.

you really going to forget a $200 million Spelling Manor that was sold in 2018 or 2019 (i don’t remember), and a Playboy Mansion that was also sold for $200 million in 2019 i think. and the KFA residence that was sold for $225 million back in 2014. but the secret value known by the public is $150+ million

villa leopolda should not be on the list since it didnt actually sell also its not 80'000 sqft , doesnt have 12 pools and the pictures used for the interior arent from villa leopolda but another place with the same name its obviously completely different architecture how couldnt anyone notice that. theres only few pictures but you can find them on nick harvill libraries search for la leopolda
