Nice run bud looks like a hot new boat. I had to send back my miss geico to horizon. after 3 hours on hold I had a guy do all sorts of things to try and fix it. we tried re-calibrating the esc, switching the wires to the motors, to the props being installed wrong. all the switches on the remote were set right and nothing worked. Something is wrong?? so after another 2 hours on the phone with them mind you it was over 5 hours 3 on hold and 2 hours to try to get it fixed they want me to send it back so they can fix or replace it? OMG this was the longest day ever. Im glad you dont have these issues. I wouldnt want them on anyone. But thanks for the great share and I will let you know how it all works out. Oh btw I finally got my tug rescue boat and that works great from banggood, lol.

Thanks Bro! It won't beat the Pursuit without installing a longer rudder on it that's for sure. This boat has a very short rudder and won't keep it planted like it should.

I'm not sure if they allow gas boats or not, I would think so though. I only run electric whenever I have a chance to get out that way which isn't very often anymore

Your Mods Motor : SSS 4082 2.000Kv ?? ESC : 150A HobbyWing Prop : Octura X445, By Chris ...... It was flying ..... With more tuning and different prop - Abc by Chris - will go over 70 mph very easily ...... Very Nice .... A less radical upgrade : I think that you could also have kept the original 120 ESC and use Motor : SSS 3674 2200 Kv Prop: Octura X445, by Chris Not so fast..., but less expensive.... and still moving around quite nicely, I suppose .... Cheers !

Not this setup. But with the right electronics yes. but lots of hardware on the rear will need to be changed out as well. Rudder is too short as it is now.

@@huskedworkz1766 I suppose trim tabs would help some but the major problem trying to get good speed is that it needs a longer rudder to keep it planted. Stock rudder is really short.
