1 tbsp garlic and ginger paste

My wife made this dish today. It was awesome. My 9 yo granddaughter couldn’t get enough of it. Added some pineapple chunks at the end so they wouldn’t get mushy. BTW, rice wine vinegar needs to be added to your shopping list.
