***Update...I made the "Best Loaded(pun intended) Hash Brown Casserole this morning, tore my old recipe from it's binder( sorry Mitt Romney) and replaced it with Matt's fabulouse concoction of ingredients. Totally f*&%#ing awesome!!! Good job Brother!

I made this tonight using ground beef and fresh roasted Hatch green chilies instead of the bell peppers. It was spot on with the seasonings and the amount of ingredients you used!
