That does look excellent! I make a lazy cheater version, leftover or rotisserie chicken (or smoked turkey), 2 cans of Bush's white chili beans, some stock or water and a jar of Salsa Verde sauce. Topped off with sour cream, grated jack and crumbled lime corn chips.

I made this tonight. It was a big hit with the family. The only thing I did differently was after I softened the veggies and add the broth I blended it smooth. My husband hates chucks of veggies🙄.

this one is right on time. temps got a bit cooler here in Dallas the last few days so last night I made this one. i used a rotisserie turkey breast as well as ground turkey...this one is another banger! going to make some honey cornbread to go with it today and smash!

I'm lactose intolerant so I'll be using coconut milk for the cream and smashing the beans for the thickening. I also like chicken thigh and diced tomatoes. It'll still be white chilli.

I've made this a few times and it's delicious, one of my favorites. One issue you could maybe correct is in the ingredients. you list 1c heavy cream, then in the video you use 1/3 cup half and half.
