Omg Matt !!! I tried this recipe for my boyfriends work potluck. It was amazing. I thought about omitting the Sriracha. Glad I didn't. The glaze was perfect. This is recipe number #7 I've tried of yours. Never disappoints!!!! My favorite chef !!!! Yes its def the best apple juice on the planet !!!

So glad I re watched this to make it. Got out ingr. last night then this morning, when following the video, saw that there are a couple of things not listed in ingredients that you use in the glaze. Soy sauce and honey and I think cloves . I will re-watch again. Looks AMAZING though.
