This video is kinda getting hard to find, I can never remember the name but I've seen it many times. Theres a lot in here I highly doubt people ever realize about JM's and it's just so interesting. Such a great video, I really appreciate you sharing your knowledge, I'll continue to come back to this video unless you do another one. Which I wouldn't be mad at. Again, thank you.

I really enjoyed this video guys. I'm as crazy about Japanese Maples as you guys are. I've been recently thinking about forming a British Maple society and introducing or re-introducing many of the old Japanese varieties that have into British nurseries. Last year, I took 292 scions from the old Japanese Maples at Westonbirt Arboretum. I'd love to bring many of the new varieties developed in the US to the UK and create a craze of Japanese Maples that just doesn't really exists in this garden country. I have one question: What does Matsumurai Style mean exactly? (I'm sure I spelled that wrong) Looking forward to geeking out over some new varieties together one day.

Love this very informative lecture! I think I have Crimson Queen, now 15’wide and more than 12’ tall. I was told it was planted about 1960 after my brick rancher in Asheville was built. Is that possible? It gets sunburned in late April after it leafs out because the tree that has sheltered it is dying and has lost branches.
