I've decided to battle my elevated cholesterol by adding more Omega-3 to my diet. Tonight I had my first canned fish, King Oscar Mackerel in Olive Oil with Crystal Hot Sauce splashed on top and I wasn't afraid to try some because of your channel. They weren't pretty like some of the more expensive stuff I see here, but they tasted good. Kind of a chicken texture enriched by the oil and spiced by the Crystal. I have cans of 'dines and Herring to try as well. Thank you sir, you've done good!

I have a jar of krill in my fridge. It's fermented and called bagoong by Filipinos. It's used like fish sauce to add salt and umami flavor to dishes. I've never heard of krill being served in a can like that.

Korean salted shrimp or bagoong by Filipinos is just baby shrimp- Some countries in Asia serve freeze dried krill used as a protein additive for eggs and other foods---- Krill is the beginning of the Antarctic Food chain and eats only algae--it has no mercury or contaminants unlike shrimp-sardines--salmon- etc---facts are important---Just saying---)))---

This video was a roller coaster. First I was all in, then you opened the can. Then you said it was just shrimp and I was like, cool. But then you pulled out the toast and I was like, hold up. The butter, idk man. The butter isn’t too far of a stretch for shrimp. I think what would’ve helped tbh was a bit of lemon. Then you just have lemon butter shrimp on toast.

In Australia. We have a brand of canned fish called, "The Stock Merchant Provisions". I bought the mackerel in extra virgin olive oil. $9.00AUD!!. It is good though. This shrimp would be about $20 here.
