Well, what are the alternatives? Whole ones might be crunchy, what with all the legs and shells and other exoskeleton parts... OR it could and probably should be made into surimi, some kind of fish cake product as the Japanese and Korean people rejoice in. I've decided to battle my elevated cholesterol by adding more Omega-3 to my diet. Tonight I had my first canned fish, King Oscar Mackerel in Olive Oil with Crystal Hot Sauce splashed on top and I wasn't afraid to try some because of your channel. They weren't pretty like some of the more expensive stuff I see here, but they tasted good. Kind of a chicken texture enriched by the oil and spiced by the Crystal. I have cans of 'dines and Herring to try as well. Thank you sir, you've done good!
