I think the point of separating the strawhats is only to prevent the crew members that know vivi to find out about the X she put on Luffy's arm. if they see it, they might take it as an sos signal and not go to elbaf.

I think Usopp parallels Hajrudin since both were captains of their own crew following in the footsteps of their idols (Yasopp/Dorry Brogy) and feel like they need to step up and become stronger. Usopp wants to be a brave warrior and Hajrudin wants to be Sun God

I like the idea of characters specifically “good pirates” such as Roger shanks and luffy all inspiring others as they mature, the character personalities parallel each other, their wills and ideals being passed on it is all very fitting the STRAWHAT connection the initial D. Roger inspired a whole generation of pirates after he became the king of the pirates, shanks was inspired by Roger and is most likely carrying out his will and ideals in his own way, shanks becomes an emperor and inspires luffy to seek out his own dreams all passing down similar motifs, wills and ideals. Now it makes sense for luffy to also inspire people without trying to, his character up is all about seeking out freedom living how you want enjoyment is all fits the connection and parallels with Roger shanks and even whiteboard who all impacted the lives of many in a positive way I think it’s great and I wouldn’t have noticed the connection if I hadn’t thought about it deeper or you bringing it up morj great video

So about luffy and his "deal" with loki. Look at luffys face when he's sweating. That's kind of a crazy thing. Normal luffy would just be like " yeah that underworld place is crazy met a dude chained up and animals I beat up " he is not one to be scheming and lying about things. If he keeps it from the crew in this sketchy manner, then this plot line, with the deal with loki , is really actually crazy and would love to know your thoughts on this cause this is wildly out of character for luffy .

Here's my theory about Louis Arnot It seems like Louis Arnot and Scooper Gaban is one Why did I say that? Cuz Louis Arnot is a author/writer while Scooper Gaban is the navigator of Roger Pirates Why did I say that Scooper Gaban is the navigator of Roger Pirates even though there's no confirmation about it? Cuz in Roger Pirates flashback, we can see that Scooper was the one who was holding the person and responsible to locate the exact location of the laughtale If he's not the navigator but he has a relationship with pen and writing If my theory is true that Louis Arnot is Scooper Gaban but why did Scooper Gaban use another name? Cuz mostly of writers are using "Pen name" to hide their identity and privacy from their readers But it seems like there's a deep reason why Scooper Gaban used pen name instead using his real name And that was "He avoided the spotlight" especially in the eyes of the world government Why? Cuz we already know what happened after Roger die Marines/World Government hunt/k*ll all the members of Roger Pirates that went to laughtale But I think there's another reason why he is hiding from the eyes of the people especially from the world government and that was.... "Just like Shanks, before Roger die... Roger gave him a special reason to live longer, and that mission was to hide and guard the road poneglyph in fishman island. But here's the interesting question Why did Scooper Gaban become a writer in the first place? I think he became a writer because he wants other people to know all the places and adventure that Roger Pirates went through Not just adventure but he also gives advice to his readers for specific information about the place Why did I say that? Cuz Louis Arnot always describes Elbaph as a wonderful place and all the things in "Elbaph are big but Elbaph is also a place full of danger etc." But how did I come up with this theory in the first place that Louis Arnot and Scooper Gaban is one person The answer is in the last page of the recent chapter We can see that there's a mysterious silhouette walking in the forest and there's a big bear The bear symbolizes that Danger, while the forest symbolizes the unpredictable wilderness that is full of danger but the mysterious silhouette symbolizes that even there's a big bear and he is walking in a dangerous forest... There's nothing to be scared of because before he went to that forest to walk, he already knows how dangerous that forest is as if he's the one who narrates Louis Arnot and wrote that "Elbaph is a place full of danger" He just showed us that weak people can't survive in Elbaph

Why would Scopper Gaban think Shanks was dead when he's an active emperor, he'd have to have not paid any attention to newspapers for years which doesn't make sense to me. While I'm not sure why exactly Shanks and Dorry/Brogy would assume each other DEAD, they at least would have a reason to be unaware of each other's status, due to the latter being isolated in Little Garden.

To be fair to morj ok this both dandadan and sakamoto days are at least still going on and producing new chapters so the story is continuing. Vagabond is on a permanent hiatus or at least when the author has interest in the series again ( doubtful)

That's one of the charms of one piece. You can over-analyze a random panel and it could become a major plot point 200 chapters later and you'll be on top of the world if it happens or it could be something you read too much into and it's never touched on again. That's just apart of the magic of reading one piece and why it's so fun to theory craft, even if you end up in the deep end like "Enel is coming back, Bonney is the daughter of Linlin and Gear Death" or some shit 💀
