I used to work with equipment that did just this, mostly to make analogs of thyroxine and insulin among other stuff. The process was that cell cultures would be transfected to make the target protien then harvested. The purification steps were crazy as a lot of garbage was made in the process as well as the normal cell side products. The idea of actually using this durable mRNA analog in a human body is horrifying, we didn't even use the stuff on lab animals, though the finished peptides and proteins were tested on animals. I maintained the culture incubators reactors other equipment.

Anecdotal, but I have a good friend where every single woman in her family had breast cancer, except her and her middle sister. Mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, older sister, every aunt and female cousin. She and her sister started getting twice yearly mammograms at 30. Her sister had a clean mammorgram in Dec 2020, got the Pfizer jab in Feb 2021, and had a 4in mass in March 2021. Most likley the most batches were produced, transported or stored not properly. That caused desolvation of nano-particle and cristalization of the fatty acids (Colesterol) which we could see with ordinary bright dark microscopy in numerous vials. The structures where very big. The whole idea of making a vaccine that fast without trial is insane risk. Also why on earth pick the spike as the antigen? There are two sides to this. One is severe immune mis modulation and dysregulation by way of prolonged severe overstimulation. Thst also causes cykotine storms of that causes dysregulation of cykotines and other signaling such as interferons. Also signaling problems like "Macrophage polarization.. refers to the process by which macrophages produce distinct functional phenotypes as a reaction to specific microenvironmental signals." Also symotaniously in this storm of Imbalance signaling dysregulation and therefore disfunction of all other immune process and therefore all the cascading complement reactions and dysregulation. Then there is the epigenetic and interfacing genetic functions between these two complex complexes.. There were some NIH studys early on that are scrubbed from the internet that showed N1 P.. caused mutations in prolonged translations and even genomic "instabilities" They were early on but it would be nice to to have the mechanisms to check up on. Good luck finding those..or anything before 2020 on these matters on Google at least. So.. ribosomal shifts are also an obvious result for these same mis modulations caused by such radical introductions. " Mechanistically, the ribosome is stalled on the slippery sequence by the pseudoknot structure in 3'. In about 10% cases, the ribosome will backtrack one nucleotide, creating one or more mismatchs between tRNAs and mRNA." Or slide forward one.. or backwards 2 or forwards 2.. In the natural body, most mRNA last less than a day. It is the communication system between the nucleus and the cytoplasm to produce specific proteins in the Endoplasmatic Reticulae (ER) where new proteins are made and packaged. After that, the mRNA is usually destroyed, so the same old messages might be made again. It gives the system sensitivity. The means of digestion of these old messages includes the decoupling of the mRNA polymers made up (G, C, A, U). If the uracil is replaced, the cleanup cannot happen. The Pseudo-Uracil cannot be destroyed. The message becomes basically eternal. The mRNA from the vaccines has been found through out the body with the Pseudo-Uracil elements in the RNA chain so that the message for the spike protein keeps getting made. The spike protein is toxic on its own. The mRNA cannot be digested and has been found intact 180 days after injection. The vaccine mRNA may be basically eternal. They did not go looking for it more than 180 days (but they should). This is a very dangerous feature of the vaccines.

Thanks for that point. I was under impression that modified mRNA does get destroyed and typically within days but that traces can be found in some that lasts longer. In the end, allowing the genetic info to last this long turned out to be a problem due to innate immunity being affected and the IgG4 antibodies being triggered into production
