Nina is definitely the most iconic female character in the Tekken series appearing every single Tekken game but never miss out of the cannon Tekken games but she did have her own game which is death by degrees nina is a beauty & a deadly silent assassin

While Nina isn’t an easy character to use, I like her storylines especially when Anna is involved. Tekken2 is still my favorite.

She can be (at least) a solid character instead of appearing in every game just to work with someone as soon as they establish themselves to be a villain then don't do much when working under them and leave in untimely manner which she actually did in Death By Degree (Anna rivalry with her have reason too instead of Anna is just exist to be her punching bag) My personal reimagination of her story is this 2 sister are desperate for money because they suffer from critical poverty after their parents death when they was young, Nina realise she can use the martial art knowledge their parents give them to earn money by entering martial art tournaments, she originally do this so she can help Anna to become successful entrepreneur (to support her education for that) but she start to develop addiction for violence on the process and this is the starting point of her becoming an assassin, this is a long kept secret from Anna with the intention to avoid putting Anna in danger from a consequences of her job but after Anna find out what her job actually is (she is lying to Anna and the public that other than being a fighter, she is just a streamer and part timer, will work as restaurant waitress sometimes), Anna extremely against her job and demand her to stop doing it (she is worried deeply about Nina safety because she is the only family member of her left) but Nina refuse thus establishing their rivalry (Anna is tracking her across the world to stop her from her keep living her dangerous lifestyle, despite fail many times, she keep trying) Characteristic I want to give Nina is she is actually a very curious person which is a reason why she worked under a lot of powerful people with different allignment (like Heihachi, Jin and Kazuya), she want to see who, out of all this powerful people going to lead the world for the better and worse and while known to be sadistic, still have a sense of humour that is dry kind of humour (while Anna is stupid kind of funny) like Penguinz0 and have her humanity still intact, I imagine she sometimes will go around to give money to the needy and hate people who have toxic relationship with their family (which is a bit hypocrite of her)

The biggest problem I have is that she worked for Heihachi despite him doing f all to her body. He forced her in some way to have a kid. She didn’t want a kid but Steve exists. Not only does she ignore this but still bothers with Heihachi. People hated him for less so it’s weird she doesn’t and it’s never addressed. I see Nina going independent or working for Kazuya under the table since he’s besties with Anna/Bruce

Srly ur plot is far better than canon. I mean I love their love-hate siblings dynamic but I hate how it is going. From Anna pov, there is sm depth than Nina pov. I mean it feel like there is no love side from Nina, just only hatred toward her sister while Anna both try to kill Nina & look out for her. The official maybe try to make sibling bully joke as their antique but it's rly ruined Nina character's depth no matter how much they try to give us more lores about her.

We don't actually need her, you want her. And she's always unlockable, missing entirely, or DLC..she isn't stable

Great compilation! Love seeing the evolution of the graphics and Nina as a whole. Wish Anna was in Tekken 8 so we could see a reconcilation between the two Williams sisters, granted Nina is the more problematic one but still. I'll probably be coming back to this vid, great!

T3 - T4 stories were 🔥. Especially T4 you had Nina/Lei's take on the story, you had Steve who found the lab, the Mishima's which the story starts from Hwoarang's ending which shows the assault from Tekken Force to Jin, then Kazuya who awakens Jin and then Jin who beats both Heihachi and Kazuya and flees. Then you had the dramas between Marduk/King, Christie/Eddie the story telling from start to end was actually peak in T4.

Nina's ending in Tekken 8 can reference Lee blowing her up in Tekken 7 but they finally get Asuka and Jin Kazama to share a scene AND NEITHER OF THEM SPEAK TO EACH OTHER

Right, her story since Tekken 4 has been shit. TTT2, T7 and 8 being the worst. Nina and Anna deserve better.

Yeah it was so stupid, but to be fair we would find out one character has the true and ending and the other is the bad ending. As if Steve Fox wins we get a longer lore interaction with both of them. Still the way they handled 7 endings were awful. Glad we got actual con antics for each character again in 8
