I tried this out in the new DLC against AI. It was before I watched this. I thought I could sneak past the aircraft and attack some naval craft. NOPE. I found out subs are useless because the AI can track and engage you regardless of depth. The planes and helicopters wrecked me at 150 meters below the surface. So apparently they dont rely on radar they just know wheee the players are

The problem with submarines is that for some reason enemy helicopters and airplanes can see and shoot though meters of water and hit you. I really wish they would fix this.

Bullets should get slowed down drastically when hitting water. That's what happens IRL, someone hiding a couple metres underwater from a bullet rain in a movie and not dying would probably be more realistic than someone surviving even just small caliber rounds behind a car's "crew compartment". The thing is, the 2 car doors can easily be hit through by even 9mm, let alone 5.56 or 7.62, not to mention the higher calibers, so a car is only cover if you're behind its certain harder parts. But most of its area is just concealment.

with even a three or two man team that sub is so op , that battl cannon will rip through battlehsips , and the torpedos , are a perfect intial strike or finisher against ships , the auto canon up top will tear through smaler patrol boats , smh great build genus weapon systems , but it has no defense for its backside nor torpedo defense

Make lights go dark/flashing randomly at night, or hide a warhead sneakily in its engine compartment, so when the poor dude is trying to fire it up, more literally than intended, fires it up. lol I mean it could work if you could spawn it in as a mission and make it be the haunted submarine or sumthin...

Same, got a gaming laptop that can play space engineers and the like no problem even with shenanigans. Stormworks though? Nope, couple of environmental mods, or more than 3 or so ai ships and it's lagging like a movie on slow-mo. Really wish they'd finally get around to optimizing the cpu usage.
