Buy a cheap electric 1/3 hp or 1/2 hp motor.Maybe even a three phase so you can choose how fast the water comes out.If you do it this way it should last for a very long time.If you use a power tool it probably won't last very long. Inless it's a professional model but even then they are so expensive you might as well buy something that's actually designed to be under constant load.

Dewalt 18 volt xrp cordless works great even in top speed. Empty out a washing machine in no time. Same pressure as our town water maybe more throw as the hose is bigger than a garden hose.
