The tiny red and blue striped dress is for a Tutti doll. I think it came with the Sundae Treat set--her brother Todd had a matching jacket and blue shorts. The red rug went with the Barbie vanity and matched the covering on the seat of the vanity. Very cute.

The first Barbie you took out of the bag is a Hair Fair Barbie Head, they were sold as a replacement head with different wigs/hair pieces & she came with that short asymmetrical bob, great find btw. Looks like she's on an earlier non twist, non bend leg body that's probably marked Barbie/Midge. If she has side glancing eyes, she's from 67-70. The ones with centered eyes are from 1971, great find!

Yeah that's cool, they came in blonde or brunette, I have the brunette with side glancing eyes on that same type of body lol...also, I think that Midge doll that had the wigs is kinda rare, so the bag with the dolls more than up for the price of the bag of clothes, cool finds!

Hi, fellow doll collector and restorer here, love your videos. Here's a tip for getting rid of stains, pin marks and possibly the green issues with older dolls, use acne spot treatment, it has to be at Lee's 10% benzoyl peroxide just dab it on and put it outside for a few hours or at least on a sunny window keep watch on it and the spot should start to fade, when the stuff dries wipe it off and see how it looks and if it's not gone yet do it again. It takes some time but it does work.

@ 17:00 min mark, that is a molded hair midge, she is meant to share the wigs with the barbie fashion queen doll. I don't have one of those yet but made my sister get one at $36 about 17 years ago and she loves her as much as her beloved fashion queen she got at goodwill when she was 13-14 and I was 5-6 and owned my earliest vintage barbie piece being the suzy goose pink closet full of clothes I got when I was 3-4. Save the red rug, you'll love it when you do track down the suzy goose vanity set with your wig midge!

The pink basket is a purse that goes with the Barbie outfit Plantation Belle. The pillow is actually a sachet ( nice smelling thing you put in your unmentionables drawer). I remember buying one just like it for my mother in the 70's

A good haul. The doll made up for the over priced clothing. The gold clutch came with several fashions so hang on to it. If you have not got a book detailing all the early fashions, get some booklets which will be a big help in the meantime. They tended after the first year to have two or more. Sometimes four, one containing most of the line that they knew at the time of printing, the others smaller with a selection from it.

muriel villegas If you watch some of my other videos you will see I am both. Every collector has to start somewhere, and these lots are a way for me to collect and learn as I go with the help of the doll community.

I'm so glad you treat your barbies well. There are a lot of people who mistreat them. These girls who I used to hang out with when I younger mistreated some of their barbies. We got into some type of beef and they put red covered barbies on my lawn. I asked my mom if I could keep them but she said no because it was basically a threat to me so she called the police. That's good that you take care of the mistreated Barbies well.
