LaSalle College is well known in Montreal; it's been around for a long time. "Specialization in Business Information Technology" is PGWP-eligible; please check DLI List to confirm that you are taking the right program. Quebec has its own Express Entry which is different from federal Express Entry. You should learn more about Quebec's immigration system. Quebec plans to admit 50,000 new PR's in 2024.

Montreal has excellent public transit system (bus, metro, REM, and rail). You don't need to live near LaSalle College. Montreal is a unique city in North America with French only signs everywhere (except in Chinatown where Chinese is displayed). Montreal is a bilingual city; you can survive with English only. Starting in Fall 2024, students need to take 5 French Second Language classes to graduate (check with LaSalle College).
