I've noticed this with a LOT of gacha players. It genuinely seems to me like many of these players don't actually like playing these games and try to spend as little time doing so as possible. A story quest that takes 10 hours? Community is fucking livid and cannot stop complaining about how the game takes too long. Half of the events in the patch are just glorified daily login bonuses? GOATed. Event that includes any sort of story and time investment, even when it is good? God, when is this gonna end? Feedback for half of these events generally boils down to "Did it give me as many pulls as possible with as little time investment as possible?" If yes, then good event. If no, then shit event. God forbid you actually have to play the damn game sometimes.

Yeah, it's hard to empathize with powercreep complainers when some of the most vocal in that group also end up either crucially misplaying the game or/and bricking their account. Like, there are many valid arguments about the current difficulty of endgame and its connection to pulling newer units, but people that can't properly invest in their characters through relics/traces/pulls aren't in a valid place to complain about it. Unfortunately, this is just a symptom of Hoyoverse making games that capture a wide audience: there's a large chance the average player would be completely clueless about these things, and as we've seen for Genshin and HSR, this is currently the case.

I also pulled for the DOT meta and can confirm its just a skill issue. As a f2p I've full cleared all game modes every rotation (post-DOT meta). Sure my DOT units are useless for 90% of those unless they get buffs but not a valid excuse. Still use kafka and black swan for my acheron so not a complete loss. I skipped a lot of meta supports (i.e. Robin and Sunday) and my old supports work good enough.

@@MihaiCornean sadly there are people like this i saw worse than this before, he claimed himself as f2p, complaining endgame too hard... when i asked the characters he had, yeah you guess it right, all limited dps with 0 limited supports, the only good thing he have aventurine (this is before 3.0 released). I was like, well that's gonna be hard, possible, but hard. Then i asked his build and traces.... yeah almost same as this account. I was like, NOPE, i aint gonna guide you... NOPE, figure it out yourself
