This is a great puzzle! I love that it's medium-difficulty; just tough enough that it feels satisfying when you figure it out, but not something you'll be stuck iterating on forever

Difficulty is not a must to be a good puzzle!
@EricPetersen29223 жыл бұрын
@@Mr.Puzzle sometimes difficulty (for normal people) can take the fun out of a puzzle. Finding the right balance of technical, satisfying and difficulty is a very complex aspect of a good puzzle. What’s fun for you is impossible for me, so lots of puzzles are good for some people and not others. Finding that balance speaks a lot about the person who develops any puzzle. Of course the giraffe puzzle will be passed down through the ages as the 8th wonder if the world! 😀😀💪

I loved this puzzle. Its a great introduction puzzle as everything is very clear and the goal is obvious. My only complaint was that it was a little too linear. They also made a 2x2 version, I would love a 4x4 or 5x5 version with more dead ends.

its a most unusual/unique puzzle but its great in that there is no difficulty reseting the board for the next solve. my issue is that there is no hidden chamber that is solved. due to trial and error needed to solve this it would move to a 2/5.

In this case, the designer says "the move is not allowed". May I suggest the designer should have made it impossible to rotate the shuttle out of plane in the areas prohibited, instead of making a silly rule to cover the weakness in design.
@Mr.Puzzle3 жыл бұрын
It can damage the shuttle if you rotate it too far in the rear. It's only possible because it flexed if done in the front.
@WhatAboutTheBee3 жыл бұрын
@@Mr.Puzzle So the stiffness (based on the modulus of elasticity and cross sectional area) was insufficient to prevent the move. Mechanical Engineering is a harsh discipline.

@camerondrew94023 жыл бұрын
For my brain I think that I would be flipping the maze itself more often. There seemed to be a few times when you missed channels for the "pill" part of the shuttle because they were facing away from you. Great video!! Nice solve!

Some help with your already outstanding English: 1) At 0:44, you pronounce "Reversible" with a "w" sound (as said in English), instead of the English "v" sound; 2) at 1:06, you pronounce "maneuver" as "man-ERV-er" instead of the correct "man-OOV-er"; 3) at 2:31, you pronounce "curious" as KURR-ee-us, instead of the correct "kee-YOUR-ee-us; and 4) at 7:30, when you say "overseen", you really mean to say "overlooked".

This is quite like an awesome Android game called "Piece Out" that seems to have a billion layouts to solve... by moving pieces around as transcribed. Been hoping to find many other similar Android games preferrably under 20mb in size, but... I suspect most games force an additional 50mb for promoting large advertisements.
