@@I-Fuk-A-Monkey Considering I did a video with saintsgodzilla and even created the original mod to get under that bridge in both demo and retail game to see what's under it nothing is there. The reason npc's are sometimes there is due to world chunk loading in slowely and if you get there too fast or if the game data is being read at slower speeds than normal then that chunk area will load slow and npcs will fall through that bridge. Also I have extracted every sound from the demo and retail game, it's just ambient sounds.

They did the same thing with GTA 3 if you have a Modded Xbox original or a PS2 modded you could ask those accessories and it shows you how everything runs in GTA 3 like NPCs cars and buildings and access cutscenes

How do you even run it in Xenia? When I run it, the game immediately crashes at the playa creation screen. I found a set of tweaks that turn off some warnings and limits in the emulator, but it will only run for a few minutes before freezing up. Its kind of like some kind of buffer isn't purging and keeps filling with data until it runs out of room.

Saints Row 1's jump height command is better than Saints Row 4's super jump and Saints Row 1's super speed command is faster than the highest level of Super Sprint in Saints Row 4. Like it’s faster than the fully upgraded super sprint in Saints Row 4. Only if you can do console commands in Saints Row 2.

Velocity GTR The way I did it is at the bank vault shooting part but when you get to it you need cheat code for the weapon and another one to like grenade cheat to make it go away once do that bring the weapon back use like normal till you get on the ground to get it and it should be already fully upgraded
