Fun fact! Twice is the best selling kpop girl group of all time being miles ahead of the competition and the best selling girl group period of the last decade with atleast 15 million sales world wide. They also are the third best selling kpop group of alltime only behind BTS and EXO. Twice also hold the record for the most awards by a kpop girl group having over 100 music show awards and 17 daesang (grand prices) now I belive. That's all I wanted to say... Just felt like bragging a little, Twice is my favourite group after all.

Jihyo, Nayeon, Dahyun, Chaeyoung, and Jeongyeon are the korean members. Momo, Sana, and Mina are the Japanese members. And Tzuyu is the Taiwanese member.

Tzuyu is taiwanese. Her name is not actually pronounced as "chewe" in her native language, but it's kinda hard to pronounce if u r not a speaker. TWICE isn’t really like one direction since for TWICE, they had to become trainees (Jihyo even trained for 10 years) at JYP Ent before going on the the reality survival show 16 (which was also made by JYP). But one direction are just random people who went to like AGT or something

You can actually pronounce Tzuyu as it is (Mina did when Tzuyu was trolling her in one of the swiss episodes) or prolly Tzu - yi? It's just the koreans pronounce it like "Chewie". There was a clip on where she's teaching us how to pronounce her name somewhere in twitter.

Lots of groups were formed on survival shows! but dont get it twisted they're still trainees! some shows are label only like Sixteen which is a JYP only survival show and then there are some like PRODUCE 101/X/48 in which any trainee from any company with permission can participate, groups formed by survival shows are: - Twice - MONSTA X - ikon - Pentagon - Momoland - Seventeen - Winner - Big Bang Those are permanent groups though, Through PRODUCE the final selection stay a group for like a year so they can learn and grow as idols then the group disband and the girls or boys can get love calls from agencies or go back to their original agencies, PRODUCE 101 created ioi, after the group disbanded the girls debuted in different groups like Pristin (Which has already dispanded) Gugudan, DIA, Cosmic girls, Weki Meki, or they became soloists like Chungha, Somi and Kyulkyung
