Thank you for taking the time to react to our MAHALIMA. You'll notice that in their dance choreography, the member who sings is usually positioned in the center. This is a distinct part of their style when creating choreography. Stell is very witty and clever in arranging the positions to highlight the meaning of the song. For example, in *WHAT*, there's a part where they form a canyon-like shape, which adds depth to the performance. He also ensures the choreography shines during breakdance sections, giving those moments extra emphasis. Their choreography is unique, sharp, and precise, with intricate and detailed movements. Each song typically has specific steps and choreography tailored to it. For *MOONLIGHT*, it was Justin’s idea to break away from their usual style. He proposed a new approach to the choreography, making it more unconventional and nonchalant. Justin also took on the role of creative director for the music video, suggesting a quirky and exaggerated concept. All these ideas were conceptualized by Justin, including the choreography was completed in just one week. Additionally, they worked with a dance director/choreographer, who not only directed the choreography but also handled the camera during the dance practice shoot.

I was about to comment this! Thanks kaps! @MrSammyCam, hope you get to read this info here. Indeed. That's an SB19-stamp right there -- the choreography gives the 'spotlight' to the one singing the lines. Even in Moonlight, notice how whoever is singing the line, that person's choreo is different from the rest, that person becomes front & center. In the mv, where no one is singing or opening their mouths, you'll know who is supposedly singing that part. This 'concept' has been consistent from their Go Up song to Moonlight.

US A’Tin here.. I watch your reactions on the boys (only). Was never into boy groups but, at 58 y/o, I discovered MaPa of SB19. Since then, I was hooked and devoured everything SB19! ❤ I was amused while you were watching the Go Up vid bec of your amazement with their precise moves. The boys practiced Go Up a total of 1000X, 30X a day before they shot the mv!

They would switch positions a lot because they all take equal parts in singing/rapping . The one that takes the center is the one singing/rapping at that moment. I would watch the Bazinga dance rehearsal a million times if only for the dance break that Stell choreographed. That's one of their best! Moonlight dance practice was shot in their very own 1Z Entertainment dance studio. Their headquarters also has a recording studio, a conference room, offices, all the ameneties they need. It was a far cry from the cramped studio they were renting before. Also, the one who took the video in Moonlight is their choreographer, Coach Jay, so he knows the angles. And he's only using a smart phone, would you believe?
