Thank you for this song Seth. I was diagnosed with ADHD at 40 and as a high functioning Level 1 Autistic a few weeks ago at 47. This song was suggested to me by and Australian member of an ADHD page I follow on FB and love it, I feel every bit of it. I have trouble getting my thoughts out in a way people can understand. I'm always amazed when I find an artist that's able to put my thoughts into words. I only wish I could have found this sooner. Great Job!

Thank you Seth for the Song. I came across this song about a year and was really enjoying the song until I realized that I am the guy who " live(s) life like there ain't no today." That hit so close to home it brought me to tears. It motivated me to be more active in my life. I am still mostly that same guy who isn't in the moment, but this song has helped me change that a bit.

Zander Cohen Mabuhay! It sounds like you might like to practice some mindfulness, if your not used to that kind of thing it may seem a bit lame at first but believe me it will get you in the moment. Andy Puddicome is the first stop for starting and Russ Harris is the guy credited with turning it into a therapy for depression and anxiety. I think the principles behind it are valid even without depression and anxiety.
