It's fine for the most part. In popular maps, its kind of weird, since you really shouldn't be leaving them for any reason without a map sitter. But people don't all subscribe to the same, map ownership rules. For the most part, if someone pops in and says they were in portal/at mvp and its not like, during 2x event, I'm ok letting them have the map, since most of the time, there is another one open, or there is another map i can train at to get relatively the same rates.

It's not a big enough issue that it will ruin your rates or anything. Just something that will trigger a lot over your time playing, and it got on my nerves when grinding non-stop. It's a very useful skill for everything but training, so there's no harm in actually putting levels into it. Hopefully your ping is lower than mine, so it doesn't feel as bad when it lags.

a) Meso explosion was bugged when I got my Shadower to 250, so I never used the skill. Apparently its massive to your mobbing potential, so I would get in the habit of using it. b) 100% c) I will need to completely retest everything based on meso explosion actually working properly now. As well, I did my Shadower well before I even thought about going for 10k, or making these videos. So my maps and rotations are pretty much trash from my current point of view. (The guide will happen, but unfortunately, probably not soon)

Hello Sacrix, I'm currently playing on reboot and struggling a lot to find a main character to play. I came back after a 2 year break from maple and I used to main a NL (212), but it's feeling pretty meh now. Some people told me to change jobs to DB, and I'm really thinking about doing it except that DB's mobbing is awful haha, I also thought about about making a Xenon (might be hard to fund on Reboot) or just maining Adele, but I don't like the bandwagon lmao. I think I'm just looking for another mobber that doesn't suck at every other aspect like a NL. What would you suggest?

Find stuff you enjoy watching, or listening to on the side. That helps. For me, I just enjoy grinding. If Im not training while watching videos or listening to podcasts, i don't know what to do with my hands.

There is a Tera Bruninator coming with the Week 2 rewards for the Lara Pre-creation event. If you haven't already, that would be the perfect time to level up a phantom to see if the class feels right for you or not. They play very differently compared to Dual Blades, but the are just as mobile and flexable for bossing. While being situationally, really insane mobbers. If at the cost of requiring more funding.

I believe he is referring to Asura’s Anger which in Lucid protects you from bombs while active. It’s also a super knock back so useful during lasers in Lotus to where lotus cannot use his push to shove you off.

If you're in the early stages of your account, you're probably better off staying as a DB to progress early on. Their skills have much higher base dmg% on them, which would make 1 shotting while training much easier. No matter how good NL is at training mid-late game, if you cant 1-2 shot with marks, it's not that much better than DB rates. So stick to DB for now, when you get more funded, and are able to afford making another set of nodes, then think about swapping over. Because the difference later on, is night and day.

Your nodestones are safe, they will be unequipped, and grayed out, since you cant use them as a NL, but you will keep them for when you swap back.

Lumi would be pretty comfortable if you're currently playing I/L. Very similar, and has a smaller downtime on its bursting patterns.

I try to wait for sales unless I'm reusing the gear immediately, so anywhere from 30-60$ to move gear. Honestly, if I didn't have my frenzy I wouldn't be going for 10k. There isn't really a benefit to doing it, it's just something I find to be a fun challenge. If you were to try for 10k without a FZ, I would make a kishin mule, instead of buying service. Slap a FS Ring on her as well, and play like you were in Reboot. Buying service is way to expensive in the long-run, if youre going for 10k. 240-250 is between 80-100h, thats 16-20b just for fz service.

Evan is one of the best mages all round in the game, with one major drawback. It's entirely funding dependant. An Evan who is 1 shotting with his abilities and combos, is one of the best farmers there is. If not however, Evan becomes a test of patience.

Not sure if youll see this or if youll reply. But, how far into your symbols do you get for each of your 250s usually? Do you do anything besides dailies for them to level them up?

Generally I need to do 15-16 days of dailies just to break even on the Arcane Catalyst exp cost. So I try to do them everyday. I don't farm new symbols per 250, as it would slow me down by almost a full week per 250. The downside to transfering being, I'll need to do dailies for the next 4 years at least, before I max out my symbols.

Dual Blade has a new niche with the current end game training areas. I wouldn't call its mobbing pre-260 good, but its passable. Post 260 though, with Cernium and beyond, DBs insane V skill damage % pretty much make it the best mobbing explorer thief, until there is a new power creep catching the other two back up. They're slightly better on Reboot as well, due to lower spawn speed, so it's a double win for DB.

Both of the maps right of Rev3 are perfectly good maps, if your class can clear them, theyre completely fine. I've used occupied dance floor for more than 1 250 so far, its one of my favorite maps. It's got a really nice flow to the training.

I never went past Arcana on my NL. One shotting marks is necessary to get the best exp rates, and anything beyond CLP would take A LOT more funding than what I already had.

Shadower is a fine enough class, but when I was playing it. meso bomb was still broken so that it was dealing magic damage, so it was entirely worthless. The main problem I have with Shad is that in order to get the best rates, you spend a Ton of time, just watching your skill CDs. Since none of them really sync up in a way cohesive enough to build a rotation around. So you end up just trying to minimize downtime on mobs killed, which means you have to spend most if not all of your grind time, focusing on grinding. Which gets very taxing.

200 - 210 : Below the cave | 210 - 220 : Slurpy Forest Depth | 220 - 233/4 : Rev 3 | 233/4 - 250 : CLP Marks one shotting plays a massive roll in NLs exp rates, so I stayed in rev3 for a long time, in order to get them to one shot in clp.

A lot of the times yea, people will generally ask if they leave the map for a portal, even though the societally excepted map ownership rules are that if you leave for any reason, for any amount of time, the map is forfeit. A lot of people still play fast and loose with the rule. There are quite a few people who will just come into the map and ks, generally during grinding based events, or just when someone is too lazy to even bother looking for a open channel.

Dawn Warrior is really only gated by ping. If your ping to Maple is pretty consistantly under 150ms, Dawn Warrior, is an amazing class, who doesn't get the love they deserver. The mobbing can be awkward, but its on par, if not better than a lot of other warriors.

You merge nodes that share the same Main skill. So if your node boosts Phantom Blow, you want other phantom blow trios, to feed into your main node as experience.

The main problem I have with DB as a main, is that its mobbing is just, really not there, and when a lot of events require mobbing as a main part of their coin capping, it would just be a daily thing where Im comparing DB to something better in that regard. While DB's bossing is pretty much the pinnacle, it isn't necessarily the ideal for me. It's pretty much the best designed bosser in the game, but it's not something I'm terribly invested in. Not to mention end game funding for a DB is pretty monkaW. I'm not entirely opposed to maining DB after finishing all these 250's, but I'm not gonna close any doors before I get to them either.

The nice thing about DB is that u can switch to Shadower or NL if u wanna grind, i guess it gets kinda expensive with different weaps / secondarys but DB is also 2 other classes in one.
