Nice work, Mr. Sinn. I’m a Teacher that happened upon you while looking at the difference between Qualitative and Quantitative research. That video really worked for me, so I decided to check further into you and what you offer here on your channel. SO I watched BOTH of your Van Thunen Model videos (to compare them). You did a great job presenting the material in both, but in a mere two years, you have managed to present the material in this new version of the video much better, with better supporting material (while reusing none of the old video - very impressive to start over from scratch when taking the easy way out and reducing your workload would have been, presumably, quite tempting). Anyway, job well done and you’ve got a fan in me.
