Episode 5 was dry. It took me and my husband two and a half days to watch it. I actually stopped watching at one point and went to vacuum the kids room lol. But the groups review was all over the place. But i guess I kinda understand why, they probably struggled with this episode as well....🤭

I forget that Henry was overweight so I think mentally that is a huge change especially if he may have struggled with low self confidence etc. it’s hard to mentally change even if you’ve physically changed and Henry’s dad and the way he acts and talks about Henry has to have a HUGE impact on Henry’s confidence and social anxiety

There’s plenty of people that like to focus on one person at a time when dating but when I think serious, I think you really got to know the person, and basically felt like this was the person you were potentially going to marry. Dating someone monogamously for one month doesn’t seem “serious” to me personally.

As a comparison: MAFS Season 6 Boston: the grooms shop together for rings and compare notes about the $ amount they were willing to spend on their brides. MAFS Season 11 New Orleans: the ring purchase $ isn't mentioned. MAFS Season 9 North Carolina: Iris goes ballistic over Keith's lost (then found) ring. MAFS Season 11: Imani's is chill when Woody loses his ring in the pool. So many changes from one season to the next. BTW- The show makes the couples stay married until all versions of MAFS have aired to preserve the surprise to the viewers, however the speed of the divorces are determined by each state's laws. Some have filed before their shows aired. You all are very funny! Great show.

I completely respect her reservations but at the same time, she knew what she was getting into and she has to consider him. All that’s doing is slowing down their progression and the organic flow of things. I guess she’s going to come up with a new name for the next phase...awkward. Let me tell you...I’m going to need Bald and the Beautiful to continue after this #MAFS season ends. Definitely do the vacation show. The interaction between the couples is so organic and hilarious. I am glad this episode was uploaded earlier. I like that we hear from couples that have been together 13 and 15 years. My only disagreement is that I believe Woody and Amani will stay married on decision day. I think they are both taking the process seriously.

If I'm not mistaken in the first seasons of MAFS they showed them picking out rings that they saved up for. I had this same conversation with my mom because this isn't the first season a husband lost the ring on the honeymoon. I think they stopped it because the grooms all went together and they all didn't have the same amount of money. Some had $2000 while others had $10000. They should all get sized.

I actually feel like Henry would have connected better if he had been matched with Olivia. He seemed to like her commitment to marriage. Also he was so animated when he was talking about her and Brett's marriage. I think his disconnect with Christina is that she seems very shallow and material, that might not be the case but that is the vibe that she gives off, appearance seems to be everything to her. Also it seems that she keeps trying to pull him into her likes, but has not really asked what he likes to do. She treats Henry more like a project than a potential partner.
