They were the best times ever, I lived 'em full throttle from '75 til the end before the "grunge' thing... Now everything is so dull... I pity those who haven't had the chance to be alive at that time.

The 80s were the best in the music scene. So many artists in every genre and all of them had a fresh, original sound. Now everyone has the same auto-tune sound.

Definitely the greatest and most underrated band of the 80s IMO, they weren't a, hair band, just a kick ass rock n roll band 🤘🤘seen Cinderella 3 time's and Tom keifer alone with his band 6 time's now. Had him sign my acoustic guitar 8 year's ago, got to meet him at the jewel night club in Manchester NH when he played there. Awesome voice still, even after the vocal chord surgeries. Go down the rabbit hole of Cinderella and his solo band. You will not be disappointed.

Awesome review, MrsPenPal! 😎 They're from my neck of the woods here in the Philly area and I remember first seeing them at a club in south New Jersey in the mid-80's and new they were going to breakout nationally. The 80's hard rock & metal scene was such a great time to be alive...God Bless...🎶🎸😜

I absolutely love seeing someone new experiencing 80's hard rock and metal. It was as a time of thick sounds, wild hair, and raunchy lyrics. Great band choice. There are so many great songs from this album, too.

This is top notch blues rock from the 80"s. My favorites band that is still relevant today. Tom Kiefer vocals is so talented. The whole band and gave it all every show. I still rock to them over thirty years later. Great band.

Cinderella is one of my favorites Tom Keifer has a unique voice unfortunately after having vocal cord paralysis in 1994 I think. He's endured multiple surgeries and today he's still touring after the break-up of Cinderella. RIP Jeff Lebar. Thee 70's and 80's were the greatest music and movies and television shows.

I dont know but from what I can remember the eighties were bad ass. I came to age in the 80s and yes played trying to mix Zeppelin, Sabbath, ACDC, along with Chuck and ugh... just a little puke in my mouth but The Beatles into the mix. And right along the cusp with hair metal trying to incorporate them into the mix too. And then Grunge in the nineties. Ugh huh. Grunge is sort of like Punk with a social message. After the 2000s forget about it. Music really started sucking. We don't get Hendrix anymore playing Star Spangled Banner on an upside down Strat. We don't get Blues anymore from a Flying V played totally upside down by the likes of Albert King. We all get what is marketed to us even in the Country genre. We don't get folks like Janis Joplin anymore that could actually range 7 octaves vocally. Tom Kifers voice I have heard was Joplinesque. And we all thought it sounded like screaming huh? It's all in tune but on different octaves. But with Singers like Tom and Janice which seems to be natural talents we here screams and roughness but.... it may be like what? The Himalayan or Siberian throat singing?

I'm an original Cinderella fan back in the 80s. Back then, Cinderella wasn't viewed as highly as they are today. I'd like to think that's partly due to my efforts of blasting best of Cinderella music mix's while driving up and down the San Diego 8; but, maybe I'm being a little bit over myself or something!

7:00 Here's a Fun Fact about the band's name: While this video showed a girl being "A Cinderella Type" character, the band actually got their name from an adult movie that was titled "Cinderella." In other words, they were watching a porno movie titled "Cinderella"

Very fun to see your reaction! How were the lyrics accepted? A lot of songs were about sex and no one really cared. However, if you liked metal, you were looked down upon. Metal was taboo, people would judge you harshly. I was there. It was awesome and people looked down on me so what! It’s awesome to see young people hear our old music and appreciate it. If you want a really cool Cinderella song check out Bad Seamstress Blues/ Falling Apart at the Seams, it ROCKS!
