In excess=INXS.Don't stop here. This is an amazing and talented band. They are from Australia and were one of the biggest bands of the 80s through to the 90s. Extremely talented and considered one of the best live bands in the world during that period. Check out "What You Need" live at Wembley Stadium in 1991 to catch some more of that Michael Hutchense charisma and great musicianship! Also, video was filmed in Prague, Czechoslovakia.

This music video was filmed in Prague sometime in the eighties. It sort of represents a segment of life when there was the Iron Curtain between Western Europe and Eastern Europe or the Soviet Union. Thus are were many stories then about people being separated from family, friends or lovers as the two great superpowers and their allies played out their own world agendas and machinations with scant regard for the common folk who happened to accidentally get caught up in the affairs of one or the other's affairs.

In Excess is the name of the band. Michael was the GOAT frontman, with tons of charisma and talent. Outrageously underrated because of his incredible looks. He also cowrote all of the songs, most of the lyrics and melodies, with Andrew Farriss doing the arrangements. One of my 2 favourite bands of the time period and the biggest ever bamd from Oz. Why aren't they in the Hall of Fame?! Video was shot in Prague.

INXS is pronounced "In Excess". they went to school one suburb over from me and one of the best live experiences is when i saw them at centennial park. they had an orchestra to play this song live! you should check out live baby live album.

To me, My favourite songs from Kick were this , Mystify and New sensation. I did not like their breakout song Need you tonight so much. BUt really even though they are not really my style I have admit that this is a great album, INXS will alway be remembered for this over everything else they did.
