Honestly SO SICK of people complaining about Star Path tasks...these are likely the same folks complaining they have nothing to do between updates. I'll never understand the need/desire to finish it so quickly. People will never be happy with anything it seems, lol.

Fwiw, while I'm generally not out there complaining I agree with a portion of the complaints, and I'm also not out there complaining about having nothing to do in the game. I'm usually relieved when I finish a path and really happy to get some time off to do what I enjoy in the game.

Idk what are they complaining about but if it’s about the fishing tasks then I’m with them. It took me days to get a single crab and they ask for SIX?! I don’t mind the rest of the tasks, it’s the fishing ones that are poorly designed.

@@JunDagekimy problem was when I fished all the spots only 1 spot would spawn back so really I was stuck fishing 1 spot over, and over, and over again. That was one of my only complaints. Only other one was having to submit for dream maps multiple times. I understand this is meant to take weeks to do but they know people will rush so why so many!!!

I honestly thought everyone realized how easy Daisy Boutique went into a corner with 2 buildings on either side. Mine has been that way in my plaza since we got it. And the house from the store path is SO cute. I just finished and got it this morning, and it's perfect for a little Christmas village with the lighted bushes from the premium shop around it!! Searching for recipes and having a different tab for restaurant requested meals is so needed. It should have been in the game long ago!!

Locked chests would be awesome. Chests that you can put stuff in that won’t be used for crafting/cooking. Palia has this and would be so great for those festive fish or anything you may be low on that you don’t want accidentally used when it auto fills recipes etc.

I want a quest crafting tab on the crafting table because if a quest requires you to make two items and you’ve already made one but don’t have all the requirements it goes way far down into the menu

And I also want to be able to 'group move' things so I dont have to move things one by one if I've made some kind of centrepiece and want to move it to another biome, or if ive not quite put it in the right place and it needs to be moved a couple of inches.. My only major complaint about the Star Path are the blue (especially biome SPECIFIC tasks). Those are by far the most annoying to do them, regardless of the amount of time remaining. The drop rates seem so much worse when it's a task...👀 Everything else, the memory orbs are mildly annoying, but I know to not open them until these tasks come around. I like blasting through the Star Path, so I can get it over with and then be able on focus on other stuff.... Which I'm still behind on quests and such 🤣

Sadly the implementation an another version of the memory’s where they have to be “Fresh” memory’s and not ones that have been lying around. Some of the tasks have very specific wording on what’s allowed for some tasks vs others.

I admit I was a bit shocked when I saw the 15-gift task in the video, given that I forgot that they've added these additional tasks in this update, but when you think about, it does really make sense! I mean we get a WHOLE house in the return, c'mon. at least it's not fish 50 crabs (gameloft don't listen. i still have almost 300 of salmon I got trying to get crabs like two star paths ago ahahahahah 🤣)

In response to the"dread cooking" post, i completely agree. Kristoff ordered gourmet grubs and i had to search through entrees, then appetizers only to find it in desserts. Yuck. It's made of weird fish/seafood and it's a dessert? Craziness

The starpath wasn't that bad. Yes I had some frustration with all the Daisy challenges. Even though they are easy it takes up task space and is time gated. The bonus house is Awesome and my star path is complete as of yesterday.

I do agree with this, personally I didn't mind, but not everyone wants the bonus items, they didn't even do the lights in the bonus items, I have done the starpath on 4 accounts, but I have the time to do it and others don't.

Since you mentioned trying to grind out the star path, I obsessed on it to make sure I got it fully done(playing until all or most of the tasks are time locked). I only finished it a couple days ago, so if you are putting it off to the end, please give yourself two week to finish it if you want the house skin. Hope you have fun.^^

So wait not everyone is doing this!? This is exactly how I have my plaza set up. I mean Daisy's door is on the corner it feels obvious. I have it Scrooge's shop Daisy on the corner and then Mike and Sully's house near the forest entrance. Mike and Sully's used to be Remy's restaurant which fit much better but I had to put Remy next to Tiana's restaurant on the other side of the plaza fountain by the plateau because not having them immediately next to each other made me angry. Any duties that require serving food at the restaurant where I have to travel more than 10 steps between restaurant doors just makes me outraged. Right now my restaurants are spawning one customer at a time if I'm lucky two.

i totally agree with the search for cooking but also make the search feature so that it finds exactly what you are looking for using key words. im not even close to the bonus starpath yet.havent been feeling good so im struggling i need all the stuff. the hotfix didnt fix my flooring in vale i put flootr outside lore and its stuck there i cannot delete it and when i walk across it it kinda tears. the shop thing isnt new but i do love the idea. im a day ahead of my self lol i thought it was wednesday already lol. cool video

People complain about the bonus tasks when we're getting great items for free! If it's so much for them to complain, they can always stop doing the tasks, end of the problem. Maybe they will be fine buying them with moonstones next year. Be grateful we got bonus items, appreciate what the developers do for us.

I fixed my game so I could play it and it was a big glitch and I had to play a different way because I had villagers stuck working in restaurants,Scrooges shop and there homes I had figured out away how to get some out and this new update won’t work the way I was playing the game,now I have to wait several hours shutting down my game and sometimes they are out but sometimes it just puts them in there house,and I quit it’s frustrating and it has been like this since the second update 😟

My unpopular take: I was one of the folks who voted against extended Starpath tasks in the poll a while ago. The way the bonus rewards have been implemented really makes me unhappy because even if I didn't have FOMO over those specific items, if I skip the bonus track I can't make back the rest of my moonstones! So it feels like they essentially raised the price of the Starpath... I can either pay more for it or I can be forced to do extra grindy tasks for some (imo ugly) recolors and one admittedly pretty house skin. It just doesn't feel "optional" to me.

There's no way that takes two days. I stupidly bought the DLC, both packs, the day of the update. so right now when my duty says go give Simba his favorite gift it took me four f-ing days! To give one stupid cat four things he wanted to eat that weren't over in DLC land. I frankly hate both of the DLCs right now because they have completely ruined the star path and my patience.
