One of the worst thing's getting wet on a trip like that 🙄 but you still managed to have a great trip!

Yeh not ideal. At least it didn’t hang around all day and we could dry out

Haha I want lost a jandal at murchinson station in Kalbarri once, went for a walk with wifey chasing a supicisous trail up to the sand banks. Sure enough saw a bunch of goat carcasses and right there in the middle was my lost jandal, i assumed it was some pups copying their mum with the amount of carcasses there was. I loved those leather jandals though great feeling to get them back.

Haha lucky to get them back 👍

Vrilya Point is my most Favourite place on the West Coast of the Cape outside of Aurukun which I lived for many years in Community. I will give you the Tip now that the inlet at Virriya Point is a nursery. Go straight out as the Crow fly's from the Mouth 3K and you will be jagging Big Goldies. From your Camp at the point head South Parallel with the Beach spot a Shipwreck on the Beach and do the same thing OK. Head Further South along the beach you will come to the end of the Beach and a Point will jutt out go around that and you will find a Fresh Water Spring Fed Creek aswell as the biggest Oysters on the Western Gulf near there.
