When Marcille mentions that even healing magic can be used as torture, i think both ways: Redo of a Healer (Extremely Bad) or The Wrong Way of using Healing Magic (Extremely Good…IF trained by Rose) But in all seriousness, this is both scary (mainly for Marcille) and sweet (Falin)…both in reuniting and “more than that” moments (both of the girls i mentioned - the latter is a cinnamon roll, even if her powers are a little sinister, she makes it to good use by instinct >v>)~

They are extremely similar in meaning. "So cool" sounds like "Sugoi", so it matches her mouth movements. You can use either when speaking, but "So cool" sounds slightly more casual or childish.
