Shame that already they’re upsetting guests, so many booked due to the a la cartes being included in the all inclusive, only to have had their travel agents and tour operators write to them to tell them Barcelo have now removed this, and a la cartes now have a separate charge. Very deceitful

HUGELY spread out resort , Even on a modern build/structure they still need a mini golf on there , table tennis indoor and out , plus maybe tennis courts , not forgetting a couple of decent-height water shoots. Any current Barcelo news on that Dave .

You deserved that tour round after all the advertising you’ve done throughout the build. Looks impressive but disappointed of the size of the rooms/suites, they’re not very big. Don’t think open bathrooms like that when in a family room is practical when holidaying with teenagers as it just doesn’t work (I know what we saw was adults only but presume family suites are similar layout, I like my friends but if sharing a room with one of them I wouldn’t want an open bathroom layout).

Hi we have booked All inclusive Royal Level and have been informed that the A la carte restaurants are not included which is strange as the Royal Hide Away Tenerife everything is included, I can’t see the restaurants being that busy as anyone on all inclusive won’t want to be paying to eat in the restaurants

Can anyone please explain how the exaction from the shower steam will work and not trigger the smoke alarm, as this happened in hotels all the time? Hotel looks great, though, can't wait to see what it's like when it's open.
