Heya, i'm the Head Wiki editor for Formula Apex (yes, there's a wiki), and there's a few things that i found really funny while watching this. 11:01 The way map voting works is that the tracks and options which appear earliest get priority, so voting for Saitama would have won it the vote. Your first lobby was really lucky because almost everyone had a starter or backmarker car. The second a 2021 car breathes on the track, everyone else loses. 13:48 Nah, that's how much you earned from a lap. If you hit a track limit, most of the earnings from getting a lap are pretty much shot. 16:22 You haven't SEEN the amount of people that vote for Indianapolis or Baku the second it shows up, it's flat out a disease. 16:38 Yeah i don't know what they were smoking with the audio levels. ALWAYS set the in-game volume to 1. 16:16 That's not actually Montreal, it's a fictional track made for the game. It's pretty good, but VERY jank. When using the modern cars, ERS management is paramount due to the fact there's no colission. You joined a little bit after the most recent update that added wet weather racing, and somehow, the V10 era cars are the best in the wet. Don't ask me how. 15:08 The way the penalties work in this game are that you are given three warnings. You break those 3 warnings and you get hit by a pit limiter for 3 seconds. Make a really big cut and you're immediatly given one. If you think that's odd, there used to be NO warnings. Yeah, needless to say, PA is a very interesting experience. If you ever do feel like trying the game, i do suggest giving the wiki a read, because this game's history is wild.

Formula apex is actually a pretty legit game, they had a collab with Hugo boss and for a while, you could drive a licensed VCARB 01 in the game for a special event, apparently Yuki Tsunoda himself actually tried it out. If you ever plan on doing this again, Id recommend Project Trackday which sorta attempts a more somewhat “realistic” racing experience on Roblox with all sorts of motorsport classes to race with and Midnight Racing Tokyo which is made by the same devs and is more about street racing.

formula apex player here. by far the cleanest formula racing game on roblox. its play to win in that a few cars are objectively faster than others (see: 2021), but other than the grinding involved, its a pretty good game also, the audio things are a problem with roblox itself lol. just open up the menu and turn it down if you ever return

I (used) to be a roblox racing player, stopped playing by personal issues. Formula Apex had a very big rival, Formula ION. It was very similar, but the difference is that in ION it was filled by tryhard kids that were Schumacher mode, so if you wanted a game that was easy and not filled of professional ppl, you chose Apex lol The thing is, last year the ION developers let know that they would discontinue the game to make another with different motorsport categories... The game was delayed several times and when it came out it was absolutely horrible with tons of bugs. After the first time i tried it, i haven't touched it never again, since then, Apex stood as the best.
