I am having the same issue : After all checked correctly, when I delete a record, ( refer to Video 6) I get this message : "SELECT* cannot be used in an INSERT INTO query when the source or destination table contains a multi-valued field". did you resolve this error ?

If you check customer table the customer record is still there?

When I delete the customer it is removed from my customer list but not added to the deleted table. Any thoughts?

you just the Insert Into SQL method before deleting. check you code again.
