Yes, the current market isn't great but demand for Cybersecurity professionals will be on the rise. If you want to wait till the market gets better- be sure to pursue some reputed certification courses mentioned in the video and comments here or through personal research. Yes CEH to start with, and then CompTia+ etc can also be purused. AWS, Azure, Cisco etc have their own Cyber Security certification courses- you can check them out as well

NJIT's MS Cybersecurity and Privacy is a decent program but a bit on the expensive side. There are a few better options at the same price range and below, which are well-certified by Cyber Security agencies.

@@jaladisam5600 UAB is a decent school with good ROI. While prior-experience helps, it is not required for students to find jobs. We have seen students without work-ex land good jobs in the Cybersecurity field. They have pursued high-quality certification courses like CompTIA to start with. Meng cybersecurity in TAMU College station and MS in cybersecurity from NEU Boston are good options? Which is better?

Both are pretty reputed schools and there is not a vast difference in the Cyber Security Curriculum. NEU offers additional CO-OP option and TAMU also has credits for professional internship. So here I would choose TAMU because of costs- tuition and living expenses are both lesser than NEU, Boston. Hey Boston is a decent place to study in and NEU is a good university but for Cyber Security specifically, there are quite a few better options with good ROI. I would look at the DC-Maryland-Virginia region for study and jobs - if you need need further guidance +918125322444

You won't be eligible to apply for Cyber Security Master's programs straight away because of lack of relevant education background (CS, IT, ECE, EE etc). To compensate you'll have to relevant certification courses in Cloud Computing, Networks and Cybersecurity. However, why Cyber Security with your experience? i am fresh Electrical and Electronic Engineer with CGPA 3.12 . Can i get some kind of scholarship if i pursue MS in Cyber Security. And how much is the average tuition fee ?

You will get into a pretty decent Cybersecurity program with that GPA given you have finished coursework in Computer Networks in your UG (Some unis tend to have pre-requisites). Scholarships depends on the University- some universities offer funding for international students and some don't. However what's your budget? I have been working as a Security Analyst in Cyber security from 1.5 years. To be honest you will be paid good but with lot of responsibility.
