Just something I noticed, not sure if it's true. To find out the max stats for equipment, we can actually take a look at the equipment we receive from elite dungeon. Just right before we receive it in the mail box, they would show the max possible stats when you tap on the equipment @MarkScarin

I realised that when I ranked up my perfect stats 12,12 normal magician glove , I got a 57,57 stats rather than a 58,58. Does ranking up not guarantee a perfect stats?

The reason Utgard is so useless is because why use it to gain a couple % more xp when you can use Jaihin and kill mobs faster, which in turn gives more xp per hour than Utgard.

Kendon Chase Not exactly true. I have 2 epic guns Utgard and Jaihin with perfect base. At StarForce map, both guns also need 2 hits to kill the mobs but with Utgard I gain slightly more experience. Also, Utgard help me gain slightly more experience when my party member kill mobs so fast.

Pls hear me out! I need to know why. I buy 2 perfect armor of normal gloves 15/15 and shoe 15/15 but after i rank it up to rare both of it must become the highest number like the table u shown but it become gloves 60/60 and the shoe become 59/58

Help. According to the Armor Stats (Magician Gloves) the stat is “12”. I had a normal rank glove with “12” for both PHY and MAG. Even the big number shown was “12” (no additional stats. So when I rank it up to Epic with Unique potential, the base stats DOES NOT match with what shown on the table (163). I’ve gotten “159” instead! What did I do wrong?

yeah ik this happened to me too and a bunch of other people i've been seeing. the max base stat does not get preserved with armor as it does with weapons. thats the logical conclusion at this point

I don't understand right now I just rank up my warrior set ( Perfect Max Base Stat ) and I didn't get those max stats its supposed to be for shoes I got 171/171 and supposed to be 171/171 (Before last update) hat 113/113 and I got 110/110 (new update) Outfit should be 280/280 I got 272/272 (new update) I haven't done gloves yet but since this happened with the new update i don't know what to do I've already got them 18/18 on Normal I need to lvl up my alt to get the rank up stones but I don't think that max base stats is going to be easy to get since "THE new update" u_u...

The unique doesn’t contribute to the set effects because it’s of a different rarity. They all have to be of the same rarity for them to be counted towards set effects.

euh jene while true about all needing to be the same rarity, the event unique doesn't contribute even with other uniques, that's why it doesn't have a little question mark that let's you check set bonuses like other equips do.

I've found that unless armour is ranked up from normal, the 'max' stats don't necessarily stay 'max', you tend to lose out on the value say if you ranked up from rare to epic. Is that just me?

This could be because of the larger stat ranges in rare and epic maybe they can have hidden decimal values? That when you rank them up they dont quite retain their "perfectness" I'll have to look into this

I thought that there could be hidden values as well (like always Nexon), but I've never had issues ranking up normal items - they tend to stay max stat. I may have just lucked out with that and gotten the crud RNG on my items that start as rare/epic. Would be nice to know whether it's worth to rank up from normal rather than the other tiers though ~

shawn yes.Why would people be grinding 40k gold leaves when all they have to do is level up 2 epics to get a max attack unique. I think the only thing you can keep is your star force level, but it loses 1 stat force level.

they could have made a mistake since armour has phy def and mag def and both of them can be different, for normal max stats item for example it will be 42 42 for phy and mag but sometimes armour can have 43 41

the game kinda feels really slow after 100. but i think thats nexons plan. At first let all ppl grind their ass off with terrible drop/exp rates etc. and after some patches they will make it easier. Just so we all dont rush thorugh the game.

Same I tested with a couple of max stat normal shoes. Maybe the max stat starts from rare onwards. So for instance if you really have a max stat rare shoe, it'll rank up to a max stat epic shoe.

that's my theory so if you somehow manage to pick a 62 62 rare level 1 shoe from a random drop. Its possible when you rank up to level epic it should be a 166 epic shoe. For now it's just a theory until i can find one in the trade station.
