@ I'm so sorry for you and the other children. I have two adult daughters and one of them was difficult in her teens and off and on. Fortunately, she has turned out well and is living well, but she has this know-it-all-all attitude towards everyone. She thinks she is a better mother than I am and if I agree or disagree she has something to say. 😂 Go Figure!!! She wanted me to be the mom Ms. Outlaw mentioned and that isn't going to happen. There has to be a medical reason for Medicaid to pay for braces & many other services. It's not as easy as you think to get proper dental care, Medicaid would rather pull teeth ect

@ perhaps but again, I’m a healthcare provider working under NC Medicaid Community Plan through UHC. Those dirty snaggled teeth would be corrected for any CHILD (not adult) with Medicaid. In NC there’s a DSNP plan for adults that indeed covers teeth also. I have many clients who “got their teeth fixed” kids and adults. At least under the umbrella I work for 🤷🏻‍♀️

@ perhaps in some cases however I’m a healthcare practitioner and worked for the NC UHC Medicaid Community Health Plan for kids and the DSNP plan for adults. My clients both kids and adults all had “their teeth fixed”. And yes, I’m well aware of medical necessity I work with the medical director on the daily regarding such requests. At least in my state that’s what I’ve seen with clients 🤷🏻‍♀️

I have another question, I know you can adopt adult kids, my brother raised his wifes children, and he has none of his own, hi daughter gave him paperwork to adopt her to his name for Christmas 3 years ago (for the good) So if Shelly really did that could it be due to if you are related and Tori is in the will of the estate could Shelly have legal access? All moms want to be fair to their kids! I also know Tori changing her name could negate and estate planning from Ms. Outlaw, but when your a grifter and A crook like Shelly and Tori are they could nnow of a loop hole!!
