*this is late.. I understand your comment, but some art programs are much harder to use than other. For example, mis.Paint is limited to 1 layer, and your masterpiece will be very pixilated. Other programs have multiple layers and look more neat/professional than others. Mis.Paint's size of brushes is also limited, though other programs have multiple options.

Many people prefer other art programs to Paint due to having move features. Don't say "easy" or "hard"; that's just a matter of perspective, something subjective. In the end, you can either do something, or you can't. Plain and simple.
