@drgretchen thank you so very much for your videos, when I originally got diagnosed in 2020 I had no idea about you or the importance of exercising before you get worse, I was able to function ok and still go to work and honestly in denial for a long time. I got the vaccine and couldn’t walk the next day. Then got Covid last year and couldn’t walk for a week! I took steroids for a flare up and was so stiff and weak after stopping them I stayed in bed mostly for months! If I get a UTI it puts me in a flare as well. I’m now walking with a cane even at home. I have your book and app and follow just about everything you share but I’m not consistent. I’m working from home since last year. I have a workout plan from your book and also follow MS gym but I don’t do any exercises consistently, why do I do this?
