MS SaveSand Aggregates Recycling Plant in opération in Belgium

New SaveSand by MS Recycling Plant ♻️ just started up this month in Belgium 🇧🇪 for Nonet Hublet sprl
A full MS turnkey Project, a top engineered recycling solution including our history machine ( Sand production modul, Attrition, Thickner with surface scraper, Filter Press with Build Better, etc..) and for the very first time our newly developped unit the Triforce by MS
The triforce receiving at the first stage the raw feed material and he is able to :
Catch&dispose the unwanted floats ( plastic, wood & anything floating )
-Separate&Clean the aggregates from the sticky clay
-Screen the material at his outlet to perform the first scalping
The installation is designed to produce high quality aggregates & high value classic sand and custom recomposed sand.
