she wrapped the rubber band or shoe string (a thick rubber band would probably work even better IMO but if you use a shoe string like it looks like she did here just fake it first to see where your knot needs to be tied. be sure to keep it *fairly * loose. enough that you can adjust it but not so much that it will come undone) around one end of the phone, then around the back of the bottle then brought it around to the other end of the phone and wrapped the remaining slack around that end of the phone. super simple.

You have to knot the rubber band then surround it behind the bottle and put the phone in both the ends. ❤
