I'm telling you, the first time you rev an engine on a bike you just fixed it is the most amazing feeling in the world. You really feel like you are on cloud 9.
@joebutler3608 Жыл бұрын
If you've ever changed the oil on a Harley, you know those first 20 seconds after start up are brutal. You'll be checking under the bike to make sure you didn't forget to put the drain plug back in cause it sounds like metal on metal. I wouldn't go revving the shit out of a fresh oil change, let alone a new engine like Sid did. Great fucking scene tho, music is perfect.

I first watched this movie with my uncle as a young kid. He is a huge motorcycle fan, so I decided to build him a bike just like Sid's. I spent hours and hours in his work shed, bolting together all kinds of metal parts and pipes I could find, hoping thely will eventually turn into a bike somehow 😁 Good times.
@artfan1017 жыл бұрын
wish they had spent more time with Virg telling him about the biker life. Could have been a narration over the building scene. I feel like I would have fleshed out both characters a bit more, given the audience more info to work with and made the time lapse seem more gradual.
