I do not eat them, but my sister who has moved here( I’m retired chef) has asked me to cook her some! I love fried chicken livers. My grandmother lived with us after my granddaddy died, and she fried chicken livers at least once a week. I cook for me, hubby, and his 90 yo mom. I was frying me livers and frying them chicken fingers. As time has gone on, they are now eating the livers with the fingers and love them.
