MSC Meraviglia - Inside cabin review

I was lucky enough to cruise on the MSC Meraviglia over Christmas and stayed in an inside cabin with my brother. I honestly think that this might be my favourite inside cabin, ever. There was SO much space.

Great review Emma. I booked an inside cabin too. I'm gad to see how it looks like. Other cruise lines inside cabins are quite small compare to this one.

Thanks, Emma. That's a proper room review--especially showing the real floor space. The room appears to be as large as advertised which is great as we will be spending 22 nights in 13027 starting April 29. We have been mainly NCL, too, and mostly on Epic. We have done balconies and mini suites but would NEVER have considered an inside on Epic: so small.

Fortunately for NCL, a lot agree with you. My husband can't even be in our kitchen if someone else is in it so when we plan a two to three week cruise, we must have a bit more room. Also, when we cruise, he spends A LOT of time in the cabin.

Very important question.. i hope you reply. Can you remember what number cabin this cabin was opposite? Was it opposite the cabins with odd or even numbers? I am currently in dispute with my Travel agent and need it resolved before travelling

edward seaman I didn't have WiFi on this cruise but you can buy internet in various packages, starting at around $4 a day which is SO cheap!

I’ve actually written a full post about the differences if you head over to cruisingisntjustforoldpeople.co.uk/2018/01/10/msc-and-ncl-royal-caribbean/ :-) They’re pretty different. Foods different, service is different... logistics different. All different really. Enjoyed MSC a lot but NCL are still my favourite.

never cruised NCL but from experience I would say msc is a budget cruise line and I hear good things of NCL

is the USB port part of the ships fitting, this would be great to charge my phone, when I cruised RCI Allure of the seas I couldn't charge my phone on a USB port anywhere, as none existed

@@EmmaCruises hi Emma, just back last week, I feel this ship is pure wasted space, deck 6 on allure of the seas has a great layout for flow of people and many bars opposite and next to each other, on msc meraviglia the space is wasted, bars are tucked in corners, sky lounge is closed for private events, karaoke bar is closed for private events and meraviglia bar on deck 6 is always busy and blocks movement from the theatre to dinner, we did have fun but service was varied throughout the ship, champagne bar had great staff whilst in meraviglia and sky lounge I had to keep asking for a top up, not all the same drinks were available in each bar so if you wanted a whisky you had to travel to English pub. the 800million las ship is now built but in my opinion badly designed

wait... the room is suppose to have a couch and coffee table! The cruises I went to all had them in the room, but they were balcony, I thought the couch and coffee table is more needed in interior since there isn't much to do.. so why didn't they have them
