Hello Thanks for the awesone video. We also had Heather & Lez on our cruise on Meraviglia out of Port Carnival end of March. Both were Great. Craig the YC Director was Awesome!!! One note flon our cruise the Pool Bar Restaurant was not open for Dinner. But the Foods was Great... Cheers

Thank you for this honest review. Question regarding the private balcony whirlpool in some of the YC suites--this may be a silly question but is the water replaced each time new guests stay? I have seen a few videos on the Meraviglia and wondered if the water in those private hot tubs are replaced or does it just sit there all the time. Thank you!

Thanks for the great review- You mentioned that you can sit in a special section at the shows, did that include the shows in the Carousel? Did you have to pay for the show or did that come "included?" (sorry if this is a repeat question, I noticed you said that you didn't need reservations so I was wondering if that meant you didn't purchase the tickets to see shows.) We leave in a couple weeks for our first MSC cruise!

The carousel shows are not included. You have to pay for those and no special seating for yacht club but easy to get seats. Thanks so much for watching. :)

Great video. My wife & I are from Australia. We have now cruised with MSC in Yacht Club seven times. We cannot fault the experience. The best thing we find is the personalised service from the YC staff, they go above & beyond to make your stay on the ship an unforgettable experience. Although tipping on MSC is not expected we always give personal gifts and cash to all the crew who made our stay on the ship more delightful. Even the senior staff (Maitre 'D, senior concierge, etc.) loved our gesture of giving them Australian Flag pins.

Hi. We don’t. I’m not a huge fan of Aurea. I’m typically Bella or yacht club. I just don’t think you get enough for the money. Let me know what you think.

Like you need to scan your watch to enter and/or can go down from the 15/16th floor from concierge desk ? I cant see it from the online floor plan … thank you!

Once out of the Yacht club envirionment, and into the mob atmosphere of the common folks area (I've watched the videos), I would imagine you are on your own at the bars, clubs, musical venues, possibly the specialty restaurants, and other activities that are located in the main area of the ship. I'm not sure that a concierge or butler is going to follow you around outside of the Yacht Club confines. If I'm incorrect would like to know. I'm also having a time trying to book on the MSC site. For some reason will not give me any choice of staterooms for the Yacht Club. May have to go through Vacations To Go as I usually do for cruises. Just wanted to check the pricing and location of the stateroom that I would choose. Very easy to do on the websites for. Celebrity, Holland America, Princess, and NCL

On Cruise Critic, it has been discussed that YC includes internet access for 2 devices per person (so 4 in a double cabin), but in your video, you mentioned only 1 device per person. Did you try and access two per person? DW and I normally would have 2 devices each with tablets, phones, kobos, etc. TIA. We will be on Meraviglia in March, and loved your video.

Definitely only one device per person. We did YC on 2 ships and 2 different ships.

Thank you for the information! Nobody knew (even the MSC customer service) whether the premium internet package that comes with Yacht Club is browse only or browse and stream. I guess I will need to upgrade. Is it cheaper to upgrade pre-cruise than onboard? Update: I can't find to upgrade the package online so called MSC again, then they did some research and telling me that the Yacht Club package is the best not needing to upgrade. Besides, if I want to buy, I will have to pay full price. So which is true?

I know you mentioned in a previous video that you found it OK, with the caveat that it was the initial sailing out of Red Hook.
